For more than a decade, yoga has been part of how I understand movement, sensation, breath and stillness.
But somewhere along the way, I became more interested in what the body could feel rather than what it could actually do.
And then I got curious. Really curious.
About hormones. Cycles. The nervous system. Pelvic health. Sexuality. Pleasure. Desire. Why sometimes we feel completely at home in our bodies and other times we’re like… who is this woman?
And my work intertwines it all.
The modalities and practices I’ve learnt along the way that have helped me navigate my own experiences as a woman. From losing my cycle, to heartbreak, family trauma, sexuality, and everything that comes with being human.
I love the beauty, ritual and mystery of being in a body. But I also love anatomy, physiology and understanding why the body does what it does.
I don’t believe that womanhood is something we master.
I think it’s something we keep meeting.
Through bleeding and not bleeding. Sex and not wanting sex. Love. Heartbreak. Motherhood or choosing another path. Hormonal change. Ageing. Pleasure. Grief. Wild desire. And seasons where we have absolutely no idea what we want.
I’m not interested in pretending I have all the answers because the feminine is in the unknown. So let’s just get curious about this incredible, confusing, sometimes infuriating body we get to live in — and help other women do the same.
ABOUT METHE WOMEN I WORK WITHWomen across the continuum of womanhood — who know there is more available to them and who want to understand their bodies more deeply.
From women restoring cycles, deepening sexuality and their capacity to feel, navigating perimenopause, menopause and everything in between.
You may be here because your cycle has changed.
Your periods are painful, absent or irregular.
Your hormones feel unpredictable.
Your energy has disappeared.
Your libido isn’t what it was.
Sex feels disconnected, pressured or absent.
You’re entering perimenopause and the body you knew suddenly feels unfamiliar.
Or perhaps nothing is dramatically wrong.
You simply want a deeper relationship with your body, sexuality, pleasure, arousal, boundaries, femininity and voice.
The women I work with are often thoughtful, capable and self-aware.
They understand themselves intellectually.
They’re ready to experience themselves differently.
My work has grown from more than a decade of dedicated yoga practice alongside continued education and exploration across women’s health, anatomy and physiology, nervous system health, somatics, pelvic awareness, sexuality and feminine practice.
